​Yndalecio Isaac Hinojosa is an Assistant Professor of English at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a co-editor of Open Words: Access and English Studies. He received a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition with an emphasis in Latinx Rhetoric from the University of Texas at San Antonio. His research centers on intersections between Chicana Third Space Feminist Theory and Rhetoric and Composition Studies. He is an active member in the Society for the Study of Gloria Anzaldúa, publishing two book chapters in two separate editions of El Mundo Zurdo. His publications extend Anzaldúan approaches to the field of Rhetoric and Composition Studies. His most recent publication is a collection of scholarly articles and testimonios titled Bordered Writers: Latinx Identities and Literacy Practices at Hispanic-Serving Institutions, which he co-edited with Isabel Baca and Susan Wolff Murphy.
